My furnace stopped working on Valentine’s Day. I called a few plumbers but they were either already fully booked for the entire long weekend or did not respond.Denny answered my phone call promptly and within 30 min. arranged a technician to come to my place. Ivan, despite his day off, came over and fixed the furnace problem.Much appreciated.Both gentlemen were highly professional.

Well I ended up waiting a year to review Northstar Heating and Cooling. In February 2024 my furnace gave out and I was told by a large furnace company that my furnace was far passed it's life and required replacement. Their quote was staggaring. I then requested several quotes from several other companies. When Northstar came out to quote is when I met Danny. Danny from Northstar was incredibly professional, kind and listened to my concerns and special request (if it were possible to relocate the furnace and hot water tank as the tank was old and I figured best to replace that at the same time as the furnace). Danny and team exceeded every expectation which I had. The furnace and hot water tank quote came in very fair and reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. In Spring I contacted Northstar again with the hope of them replacing my aged and faulty A/C. Danny once again provided an extremely good quote with a very well reviewed A/C unit and we went with Northstar and had the work completed. My house has never felt so evenly cooled as it had this past summer. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service and support and professionalism that we received from Danny and his team at Northstar. I've verbally recommended Northstar to several friends now over the past year. If you want fair pricing, professional service and an experience where you can absolutely tell that the contractor legitimately cares...Northstar is the company for you to call. I will certainly continue to use Northstar Heating and Cooling for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Danny and Team!

North Star Heating and Cooling (Danny) is absolutely the best.Professional, honest, and skilled.Let me start by explaining my situation. My house had a hydronic (boiler) system servicing the entire house, (heating through a air handler, and hot water for the house.) It has been nothing but a nightmare for many years with constant failures and not enough heat. I am sure other people with the same system know what I mean.I decided to make a change and get rid of the problem and install a 120000 BTU Trane furnace with a 5 ton A coil and a 75 gallon Bradford White powder direct vent hot water tank.I called 5 different HVAC companies and only North Star (Danny) was reasonable on pricing and didn't try to complicate the project to upsell.Now the project is completed and it went silky smooth. Danny really cares about what he is doing and truly wants to please his clients. He made sure I was completely satisfied at every stage.In conclusion I highly recommend North Star Heating and Cooling (Danny) for all your HVAC needs. You will be very happyThanks again Danny !!!

I had a great experience with our A/C install this week and wanted to share!I’ve had bad experiences in the past so I did extra research this time around before hiring a company. Danny at Northstar Heating & Cooling was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was a genuine down to earth guy who wanted to help us out. He worked with us on the estimate until we were comfortable with the cost (his estimate was by far the best). He booked us in quickly, had great communication, arrived on time for the install, and was very efficient in completing the job in the amount of time he estimated it would take. I don’t often write reviews, but Danny absolutely deserves a shout out! If you’re like me and prefer to keep the windows closed during wildfire and construction season and don’t want to roast, definitely give him a call.
