Dan called to nremind me we had an appointment set a few months ago. He said they would be at our home aboutt 1 PM. The tech called soon after that and said he would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived introduced himself and went right to work. He serviced the furnace finding a couple of stones in the drum and some loose fins. He tightened the fins and removed the stones. He serviced the AC unit removing all the leaves from the fins and raked up the removed leaves. He was very personable and explained everything very well. The price for the service was very reasonable. We are very satisfied and would recommend Northstar Mechanical to any friends or relatives. Vern and Linda Schnell

Danny was very professional and quickly identified why the furnace was not producing heat. He made several recommendations regarding maintenance. We made the call late Friday and determined that he could do his call early the next morning given the status of no furnace heat. We had some alternatives-fireplace and the outside temperature was not an issue. We will certainly use this company again. We used Northstar again for a maintenance call and the service was great-maintenance was done on our trane furnance, air cleaner, humidifier and AC unit.

As a professional firefighter and a tradesman, I do my homework for who I trust to do work in my house. Danny came highly recommended. Him and his team are a great group of guys, and did a professional installation. Not the cheapest quote or the highest, right in the middle which is perfect. I would definitely recommend them.
